Code: treedozer, default: GLOBAL+CTRL+D
Bug: Measurement tooltip persists until closing the terraform toolbar, or until some other action displays a tooltip (including selecting another region for treedozing).

aa26258a90 Added treedozer tool (as a hack, so network-compatible) to demolish only trees from a given selection. 
TODO: Find an algorithm to send less commands at once?
