glx b60a1326bf (svn r13390) -Codechange: introduce usererror() for fatal but not openttd related errors. Now all error() will 'crash' openttd after showing the message in win32 releases (MSVC), creating a crash.log and crash.dmp (like the '!' hack used before). -Fix[FS#1519]: When you can not use this resolution at full screen, now you'll know that it failed.
As for the reason it did not work, each computer/OS has its reason.
